The People Behind Low Budget Movers
As a family man who has lived in Abbotsford for over 20 years, this is my home. My desire is to be honorable in the way I treat you, my customers, so that when we meet in the future it is a positive experience. Integrity is my priority and if there is anything done that you are unsatisfied with, I will do what it takes to make it right. I am probably the only owner of a moving company in Abbotsford that has a Psychology degree, and I use it during each move to assess your needs and provide for them as much as possible.
One of the main reasons I began in this industry was because it seemed to me that most companies are really missing the mark when it comes to customer service. Let's be honest, what comes to your mind when you think of a moving company, or the guys doing the work? Probably it's not the most flattering image and most likely they are guys you wouldn't be comfortable inviting over for dinner.
I am changing that image by providing an experience that is what you really want. You don't want to be worried if the movers are going to wreck your belongings or cause your furniture to smell like smoke (or worse). Due to these factors, everyone who works for Low Budget Moving is clean cut, respectful and hard working.
Our goal is to be one of the best moving companies in the Fraser Valley, and the one that people turn to first when they need to move within Abbotsford, or to another city.
The many referrals we get from our customers every month helps us feel like we are on track to become that.
One way we distinguish ourselves from the competition is that we share the profits with our staff. This gives them extra incentive to do a wonderful job, and also give them much more of a sense of ownership. It is in their best interest to provide our clients with a great experience as it will directly benefit them. We also share 25% of our profits with a charitable organization that we are excited to partner with, Food for the Hungry. They do great development work around the world and we are part of a great project happening in Acul, Guatemala. Each month, a good portion of our profits goes to helping this community become self sufficient. For more information on what a portion of your moving dollars goes for, click below.
